Continuous Operation Hydraulic Screen Changer Series for Twin-Screw Extruders:

●Utilizes pressure sealing technology. A polymer drives the sealing element in front of the screen via pressure, achieving a sealing effect and faster screen changes.

●Honeycomb plates, after rheological optimization, effectively reduce fluid shear during extrusion.

●Features an internal heating device for safe and energy-efficient operation. Fully enclosed wiring for an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

●Alloy steel with nitriding treatment significantly extends the product's service life.

●Modular combination mode, suitable for different standard extruders, and easy to clean.

●Alternating operation mode ensures continuous and stable material flow during screen changes, as well as the repeatability of process parameters.
