Product Description

Basket filter, also known as a basket-type filter, is mainly used for filtering impurities in oil or other liquid pipelines. Its filter area is 2-3 times larger than the pipe diameter, significantly exceeding the filtering area of Y-type and T-type filters. The filter mesh structure is different from other filter meshes; its shape resembles a basket, hence the name basket filter. Basket filters are mainly divided into two types: straight-through basket filters and high-low basket filters. They are mainly composed of connecting pipes, cylinder body, filter basket, flange, flange cover, and fasteners. Installed in pipelines, they remove larger solid impurities from the fluid, ensuring the normal operation of machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments, stabilizing the process and ensuring safe production.
