Product Description

The jacketed high-temperature rotating three-way valve is a combination valve. It is composed of two jacketed rotating shut-off valves. Used to change the flow direction of the process medium and control the merging or branching of multi-path media. Material enters from the inlet, and two outlets are used for material output. The two outlets can be open-closed, or both open simultaneously. The operation method depends on the requirements of the production process.

The completely dead-zone-free design of the jacketed high-temperature rotating three-way valve is suitable for high-pressure, high-viscosity, or polymer production lines with high physical property requirements. The valve stem opening or closing is a rotary reciprocating motion. The valve stem head is a spherical arc end face. When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the spherical arc valve stem head and the valve body flow path form a smooth circular arc transition zone, making the process medium flow smoothly and unobstructed, without any dead zone.
