  • Pneumatic bottom discharge valve / jacketed bottom discharge valve is used for discharging and dead-end shutoff of reactors, various containers and pipelines, and is applied in the polymer production process. Bottom discharge valves have two structural forms: valve core type and plunger type.
    The valve core type has a short stroke when switching valves, and for large-diameter valves, the switching speed is fast, saving time and effort. The valve core type is further divided into two operating modes: up-opening and down-opening. The up-opening valve core can break up the bottom sediment material in the reactor when opened, while the head end face of the down-opening valve core can perfectly match the bottom outlet of the reactor, eliminating the phenomenon of medium residue at the container outlet and achieving dead-end shutoff.     The plunger type structure can completely remove the discharge area, thus ensuring complete discharge. Because the opening and closing of the plunger can keep the valve cavity clean, the plunger valve is suitable for the processing of slurry media. For systems that require full-bore valve operation, the plunger type is more suitable than the valve core type.
    The inner surface of the flow path is mirror-polished, further improving the smoothness of the channel. The operating mode of the bottom discharge valve can be pneumatic, electric, manual, etc., according to customer requirements.
