  • The insulated jacket liquid filter is a double or triple layer structure. The interlayer can pass steam or heat transfer oil to maintain or increase the temperature of the fluid, preventing the fluid from solidifying, increasing the filtration speed of viscous liquids, or meeting the temperature requirements of the next process. It can also pass cold water to maintain stability at low temperatures. Because the liquid medium enters the filter from the filter element surface, the liquid can be evenly distributed on the entire filtration surface of the filter element, making the fluid distribution in the entire layer basically uniform and consistent, reducing the negative impact of turbulence, and improving the filtration effect.
    The insulated jacket liquid filter has many advantages, such as simple and reasonable structure, good sealing, strong flow capacity, and easy operation. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are mechanically polished.
