  • The PP melt-blown filter uses a PP polypropylene filter element for liquid precision filtration, removing trace amounts of fine impurities and bacteria. It boasts high precision, high efficiency, and large dirt-holding capacity.
    The PP melt-blown filter meets various conventional and special precision filtration requirements. The filter housing is entirely made of high-quality stainless steel (304/316L). Each filter undergoes rigorous material selection and careful manufacturing, ensuring a completely crack-free streamlined design with excellent surface finish and maximum corrosion resistance to prevent bacterial contamination, strictly meeting GMP standards. With a food-grade design, no sanitary dead corners, and complete disassembly for cleaning, along with a food-grade polished inner surface, it is suitable for the food and beverage industry.
    The original liquid flows from the inlet into the housing, passing through each filter element from the outside to the inside, with tiny impurity particles intercepted on the filter element surface. The unique design structure makes this a highly efficient, energy-saving, closed-operation, precision clarification solid-liquid separation equipment. Filter element loading and unloading is very convenient, and the filter housing is easy to clean.
