  • Electric flow control valve/jacket flow control valve is specially developed for chemical fiber and chemical fiber raw material production enterprises and polyester polymerization devices. It regulates and controls the flow, pressure, temperature, level, and discharge of polyester melt in the process pipeline.
    The valve core adopts an upper guide structure, and the valve structure is compact with an S-shaped streamlined channel, which makes its pressure drop loss small, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, high flow characteristic accuracy, and conforms to the IEC534 standard.
    The jacketed flow control valve is suitable for occasions requiring insulation. To ensure the temperature balance of the valve body during operation, a heating jacket is designed with a double-layer structure. The interlayer can pass steam or heat transfer oil to maintain or increase the temperature of the fluid, avoiding a decrease in fluid temperature, which causes an increase in viscosity or solidification of the fluid.
