Pneumatic flow control valves/jacketed flow control valves are pneumatic flow control valves developed specifically for chemical fiber and chemical fiber raw material production enterprises and polyester polymerization units. They regulate and control the flow, pressure, temperature, level, and discharge of polyester melt in process pipelines.The valve core adopts an upward guiding structure. The compact valve structure and S-shaped streamlined channel minimize pressure drop, maximize flow rate, provide a wide adjustment range, and ensure high flow characteristic accuracy, conforming to the IEC534 standard.Jacketed flow control valves are suitable for occasions requiring insulation. To ensure uniform valve body temperature during operation, a heating jacket is designed with a double-layer structure. The interlayer can be filled with steam or heat transfer oil to maintain or increase the fluid temperature, preventing fluid temperature reduction, increased viscosity, or fluid solidification.
