  • Jacket drain valve/jacket sampling valve is used for draining or sampling process media from the pipeline. The end face of the plunger head perfectly matches the inner wall of the melt pipe, eliminating the media at the pipeline sampling outlet.
    Residual phenomenon, realizing dead-zone shutoff. See diagram for details.
    The installation structure of the jacket drain valve/jacket sampling valve has two types: vertical and horizontal installation, both of which can achieve complete material discharge on the production line. See diagram for details.
    The inner surface of the flow path is mirror-polished, further improving the smoothness of the channel. The operation method of the jacket drain valve/jacket sampling valve can be pneumatic, electric, or manual according to customer requirements.
