Jacketed Y type globe valve/once-through of globe valve on their medium pipeline plays the important role of cutting and throttling. Jacketed Y type globe valve/once-through cut-off valve has a valve core type and plunger type two kinds of structure form, as shown in the diagram.

Plunger type structure can be completely out of feeding zone, thus ensuring feeding completely.
