Product Description

Jacketed insulated ball valves are mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, and power industries to transport high-viscosity media that solidify at room temperature. The jacket of the ball valve is welded between the two end sealing surfaces of the valve, and the valve side and bottom are equipped with heat medium connection ports for the jacket. Due to the addition of the jacket, the end connection size of this type of valve is one to two sizes larger than the same specification. The end connection types of the valve include flange and butt weld. Steam or heat transfer oil medium can freely pass through the jacket to ensure that the viscous medium smoothly passes through the valve.
