Product Description

A jacketed insulated butterfly valve is a common three-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve with a metal jacket welded to the outside of the valve body. Jacketed connections are installed on both sides of the valve body to allow steam or heat transfer oil to pass through, preventing the medium from solidifying or crystallizing at normal temperatures. The flange of the insulated butterfly valve is one to two sizes larger than that of a common metal hard-sealed butterfly valve. It is mainly used in various systems in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and pharmaceutical industries.
