The high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filters are generally divided into 250 degrees. High temperature resistance and high efficiency and 400 degrees high temperature resistance and high efficiency, so users must understand their real needs when purchasing. One of the factors that directly incur the price of the high-efficiency filter is the original material of the outer frame.

Know the maintenance and installation of lower bag filter

When installing the device, please follow the steps below: place the bag filter on the station to be filtered, connect it to the inlet and outlet flanges or pipe teeth, and fix it; plug the exhaust port or configure the exhaust valve. Jacket type connects heat insulation heat source. Put the metal inner net quietly into the bag filter, so that the neck of the inner net matches the bag filter mouth. Place the filter bag so that the ring mouth of the filter bag matches the neckline of the metal inner mesh. Put the Ο-type sealing ring into the Ο-type groove. The Ο-type sealing ring cannot be twisted or deformed. The multi-bag filter presses the filter bag pressure ring. Hold the handle of the upper cover with one hand, grasp the other end of the upper cover with one hand (multi-bag filter turns the top hand wheel) After the upper cover is aligned, tighten the two diagonal caps at the same time, tighten all caps one by one The rod is inserted into the ring and tightened). Close the exhaust valve at the top of the bag filter. Please check whether each connecting pipe is strong; whether the working pressure is within the allowable range. Open the output valve. Turn the heat source inlet valve, the temperature of the filter rises to the specified temperature. Open the input valve slowly to allow the liquid to slowly flow into and overflow the filter, to avoid the liquid suddenly hitting the filter bag, forming a break, and then check for leaks. If there is no leakage, you can start filtering.

How to operate the filter more safely

Open the upper cover of the bag filter. Put the upper cover firmly, take out the filter bag carefully and put it into a new filter bag, please refer to the installation process. Monitoring the filtration quality Under the condition that the liquid input pressure is stable, the filtration quality is closely related to the pressure difference in the filter bag. If the pressure difference is too large, it means that the filter pore size of the filter bag is blocked and the filtration speed drops. Therefore, we suggest that when the bag filter starts to work, the pressure difference should be checked regularly.  The pressure difference shown by the pressure gauges before and after determines the time to change the filter bag. The ordinary filter bag can accept a pressure of about 0.5-1Kg / cm2 (0.05-0.1Mpa). When the pressure difference reaches this interval, the filter should be changed in time. Bag to prevent the filter bag from cracking and affecting the filtering effect. If the pressure drop suddenly drops, the filtration should be stopped immediately and checked for leaks. When filtering high-viscosity liquid, pressurized discharge residual liquid can be compressed air through the exhaust valve to accelerate the residual liquid discharge and shorten the waiting time. Its installation is shown in the figure. Please note: The air used for pressurized discharge must be stable, and the pressure should not exceed the working pressure of the filter. The operation steps are as follows. Close the input valve. Open the intake valve. The gas is introduced into the bag filter, and the remaining liquid is discharged under pressure. Check the outlet pressure gauge to confirm that the gauge pressure is equal to the compressed air pressure; confirm that no liquid flows out of the outlet. Gradually open the exhaust valve; residual liquid is ejected from the outlet of the exhaust valve, and it must be led to the safety place or the suction port of the filter. After exhausting the compressed air, close the exhaust valve. At this time, there should be no pressure inside the filter and the cover can be opened. Cleaning the bag filter If the bag filter continues to filter the same liquid, there is no need to clean it. But if you filter other types of liquid, you need to clean the front of the machine to use it.

How to use bag filters safely

The filter system in daily operation needs to constantly check the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet. When the pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.1Mpa, the filter bag should be replaced in time to avoid the pressure difference over the ambassador filter bag cracking and damage to the support net. Correctly open the upper cover of the filter after filtering. Do not open the cover under pressure in the bag filter, otherwise the remaining liquid may be sprayed out, resulting in liquid loss and personal injury. Close the input valve; when there is pressure at the outlet, close the output valve to confirm that the receiving channel of the exhaust valve has been connected to the safety place or the suction port (especially when filtering toxic and corrosive liquids), then open the exhaust valve , To prevent the liquid from harming and polluting the staff and the surrounding environment. Check the pressure gauge to make sure that the internal pressure is 0, and the bag filter should be separated from the piping system. If there is a drain valve, confirm that the drain liquid is received at the recovery place and open the drain valve; wait for the remaining liquid in the bag filter to run out through the drain valve and close the drain valve. This discharge work can be done in accordance with the pressurization method (please refer to the pressurized discharge process). Unscrew the top cap and lift the top cap, the multi-bag filter needs to be turned through a certain angle. Change the filter bag 1. The high-efficiency filter bag is made of precision fibers, and the hydrophilicity of these materials is weak. The appearance of the fiber will not be wetted by water, so like other filter elements that use the same material, before use, it must be moistened with another liquid with a lower surface tension. Before the installation, you must immerse the filter bag in the pre-wet liquid matching the filter liquid for a few minutes.
