3. The self-cleaning filter should be installed in front of the water equipment to be protected and as close to the water equipment as possible.

5. The automatic drain valve connection methods are divided into flange and thread. The drain pipe should not be too long, preferably no more than 10m.

7. The specifications of the self-cleaning filter should match the pipeline or flow rate. When a single filter cannot meet the system flow requirements, two filters can be connected in parallel to meet the system filtration requirements.

1. When cleaning impurities, pay special attention to the stainless steel mesh on the filter element to prevent deformation or damage; otherwise, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements, and it will also damage equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments.
2. After the automatic backwashing filter has been working for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities will accumulate inside the filter element. At this time, the pressure drop will increase, and the flow rate will decrease, so the impurities inside the filter element need to be cleaned in time.
3. Fully automatic filter The core part is the filter element, which consists of a filter frame and a stainless steel mesh. The stainless steel mesh is a consumable part and needs special protection.
4. If the stainless steel mesh of the automatic backwashing filter is deformed or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
