  Working principle:

  Different liquids have different saturated vapor pressures. At a temperature of 70, water begins to boil at a pressure of about 30 kPa, while oil boils only at a low pressure of 5 Pa. At the same temperature, the saturated vapor pressure of oil is much lower than that of water. Therefore, by reducing the pressure on the surface of the oil liquid to below the saturated vapor pressure of water through vacuum, the water in the oil liquid will violently vaporize and overflow from the oil in the form of steam. Through the suction of the vacuum, the oil liquid enters the vacuum cylinder from the top, is sprayed through the nozzle, the water in the oil liquid vaporizes in the vacuum chamber, is extracted by the vacuum pump, and the oil liquid after water removal is discharged from the bottom. A lipophilic material is filled in the middle of the vacuum chamber to disperse the sprayed oil liquid to the surface of the filler, forming a thin oil film, increasing the gas-liquid two-phase interface area, and extending the time the oil liquid stays in the meteorological space.
