A brief introduction to the structural design of a water filter

The water filter consists of a shell, a multi-element filter cartridge, a backwashing mechanism, and a differential pressure controller. When the water filter is working, the turbid liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the inlet, and then enters the inner cavity of the filter cartridge through the baffle holes. Impurities larger than the gaps in the filter cartridge are intercepted, and the clarified liquid passes through the gaps to the upper chamber, and then is sent out from the outlet. The internal anticorrosion of the water filter adopts a special non-toxic anticorrosion process, and has good weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, and mildew resistance.
The water filter consists of a housing, a multi-element filter cartridge, a backwash mechanism, and a differential pressure controller. The diaphragm inside the housing divides the inner cavity into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber contains multiple filter cartridges, making full use of the filtration space and significantly reducing the filter's volume. The lower chamber houses the backwash suction cup. During operation, the turbid liquid enters the filter's lower chamber through the inlet and then passes through the diaphragm holes into the inner cavity of the filter cartridge. Impurities larger than the filter cartridge gaps are intercepted, and the clean liquid passes through the gaps to the upper chamber before being discharged from the outlet.
Water Filter Operation Process: After the water filter is connected to the pipeline system, water enters the filter from the lower inlet, and the filtered water flows out from the outlet. When impurities in the water pass through the filter element, their volume is larger than the pores of the filter element, causing them to be intercepted on the filter element. When a certain amount accumulates, a pressure difference is created between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pressure gauges of the water filter increases to a specified value (the pressure difference varies depending on the filter mesh diameter, generally 0.15 MPa), the drain valve is opened, and the water flow backwashes the impurities adhering to the inner wall of the water filter mesh, discharging the deposits. After the internal and external pressure difference returns to normal, the drain valve is closed, completing the filtration and drainage process.
Water Filter Structure and Design Features:
1. The drain port relies on hydraulic sealing, eliminating the need for solenoid valves or other easily damaged seals; it is simple and practical.
2. The inlet and outlet flanges are designed with a movable structure, allowing for arbitrary rotation and adjustment of the bolt hole direction, facilitating on-site installation.
3. The internal corrosion protection of the water filter uses a special anti-corrosion process, providing excellent weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, and mildew resistance.
