Melt valves are used to directly extract high-temperature or vacuum melt streams or polymers from pipelines, cutting off and diverting the pipeline. When the valve is closed, its inlet matches the inner surface of the pipeline exactly, which does not interfere with the flow of melt in the pipeline. Melt valve manufacturers produce a full range of melt valve specifications and models, which can be provided as a complete set for use in polymer polymerization process pipelines.

The Melt valve mainly solves the problems of large dead angle and large operating torque of the existing melt three-way valve. Its characteristics are: the valve core is an integrated structure, with an annular arc angle that matches the inner arc of the feed pipe and discharge pipe, and the two ends of the annular arc correspond to the feed pipe and discharge pipe, forming a smooth fluid transition zone. The melt valve produced by the melt valve manufacturer has no dead angle, easy switching, simple structure, and high work efficiency.

1. When the Melt valve is working, one channel is completely closed, and the other channel is completely open. When closed, the force is similar to that of a single-seat valve.
2. The Melt valve is improved from a single-seat valve and a double-seat valve, and is guided by the valve core itself. When changing the air-opening and air-closing, the actuator must be replaced.
3. Due to the small unbalanced force of small diameter, when Dg≤80, the confluence valve can be used for diversion.
4. Like the sleeve of a sleeve valve, the Melt valve's valve core throttling area has two types: a large window and a small hole (jet type). The latter has (a) X-shaped structure and (b) Q-shaped structure to reduce noise and resonance.
Melt valve manufacturer Assembly of the Melt valve
1. Prepare a can of lubricating oil before assembling the Melt valve. Before assembly, lubricate the pump body, front and rear cover plates, active gear and driven gear, sealing parts and sealing pressure cover. When assembling the Melt valve, please strictly follow the disassembly order of each part and install it in reverse one by one so that each part can be correctly positioned.
2. The melt valve manufacturer reminds that before installing the bolts of the melt valve, apply high-temperature lubricating grease to the threaded part, and tighten the bolts of the front and rear cover plates diagonally. Always keep it free to rotate. If there is any jamming phenomenon, do not forcibly assemble or rotate the Melt valve. If assembled correctly according to the instructions of the melt valve manufacturer, the parts should be easy to install, and the rotation of the Melt valve shaft will also be very easy.
