 Liquid Filter

  Characteristics of Liquid Filters:

  1. High liquid flow rate and low pressure: Suitable for liquid filtration of high viscosity, tiny particles, easily polymerized substances, and tiny suspended solids. Liquid filters can be classified according to the structure of the filter and the filter medium based on user needs.

  2. Liquid Filter Online cleaning: Online cleaning refers to the online cleaning process of liquid filters. Online cleaning of liquid filters is an advanced technology in the field of industrial cleaning of liquid filters and is a high-speed chemical cleaning method. The application of this technology will provide new solutions for online cleaning of filters.

  Composition of Liquid Filters:

  1. Liquid filter suction layer: It is made of porous ceramic material as the matrix, with a porous ceramic plate at the top, a supporting frame in the middle, and a porous ceramic filter plate at the bottom.

  2. Liquid filter layer: It is composed of porous ceramic plates, with the same pore size in the upper and lower parts. The one with larger pores is called the upper layer, and the one with smaller pores is called the lower layer. The pores of the upper layer are 5-20nm; the pores of the lower layer are 10-100nm. The pore distribution is uniform, which can reduce liquid leakage.

  3. Liquid Filter Pressurized filter layer: Its pore size is 5-200nm, and the pore diameter is 0.5-1.5mm. The upper and lower parts are both porous ceramic plates. The material of the pressure filter layer can be natural material or artificial material. The porous ceramic plates in the upper and lower parts have different materials, and can filter out different impurities respectively.

  4. Liquid filter filling layer: Mainly composed of polytetrafluoroethylene, polyamide, paraffin wax, and water.
