The water filter consists of a cylinder, a stainless steel filter screen, a drainage section, a transmission device, and an electrical control section. It is an easy-to-operate, efficient, and advanced automatic filtering device. When the filter is working, the water to be filtered enters from the inlet, flows through the filter screen, and the particulate impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter screen. Then, the filtered water enters the required pipeline through the outlet for process circulation. With this continuous circulation, more and more retained particles are produced, and the filtration speed becomes slower and slower.

At the same time, the drain port is opened, and the impurities are discharged from the drain port. After the filter screen is cleaned, the pressure difference drops to a smaller value.

   Water filter Structure: The water filter consists of a housing, a multi-element filter element, a backwashing mechanism, and a pressure controller. The diaphragm in the housing divides its inner cavity into an upper cavity and a lower cavity. The upper cavity makes full use of the filtration space and is equipped with multiple filter elements, greatly reducing the size of the filter; the lower cavity is equipped with a backwashing suction cup. In operation, the turbid liquid enters the lower cavity of the filter through the inlet and then enters the inner cavity of the filter element through the baffle hole. The purified liquid reaches the upper cavity through the gap, and impurities larger than the gap between the filter elements are retained and finally discharged from the outlet.

  Working principle of water filter: The filter element adopts a high-strength wedge-shaped filter screen, and automatically cleans the filter element through pressure difference control and timing control. When impurities accumulate on the surface of the filter element in the filter, causing the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase to the set value, or the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism, when the timer reaches the preset time. The drain valve opens, and when the backwashing suction cup is aligned with the filter element inlet, the system releases pressure and drains water, forcing part of the net circulating water to flow from the outside of the filter element into the inside of the filter element. A negative pressure zone with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears in the suction cup and inside the filter element. Impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the pot with the water and are discharged from the drain valve. The specially designed filter screen makes the inside of the filter element produce a jet effect, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the filter is restored to normal or the time set by the timer ends, the material continuously flows throughout the process, the backwashing water consumption is small, and continuous automated production is realized.
