Let's take a look at the working principle of the filter.
Filter
The fully automatic filter uses the filter to directly intercept impurities in the water, removing suspended solids and particulate matter, reducing turbidity, purifying water quality, reducing system fouling, algae, and corrosion, thereby purifying the water quality and protecting the normal operation of other equipment in the system. Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design from the water inlet to the fully automatic filter body, the water enters from the inlet, first passing through the coarse filter to filter out large particles of impurities, then reaching the fine filter. During the filtration process, the micro-filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer. Because the impurity layer accumulates inside the micro-filter, a differential pressure is formed inside and outside the micro-filter.
After the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin. During this period, the purified water supply continues to flow, the cleaning valve opens, the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction device drops sharply, the pressure of the filter cylinder and the suction pipe drops, and the suction between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber is generated through the suction port, forming a pollution absorption process. At the same time, the electric motor causes the air intake pipe to spiral along the axial direction. The combination of the axial and rotational movements of the suction device completely cleans the entire inner surface of the filter. The entire cleaning process only takes tens of seconds. The sewage valve closes at the end of the cleaning. The filter begins to prepare for the next refresh cycle.
